1. Purpose

Capture / Intelligence Monitor PROD clasp is a private, owner-controlled research and document workflow. This public site provides information about its purpose, authorization, and data practices. It does not offer public enrollment, paid subscriptions, or public API access.

2. Authorized use

Only an authorized account operator should grant Google permissions or run the automation. The operator remains responsible for configuring source eligibility, respecting website access restrictions, observing applicable law and provider terms, and reviewing generated research outputs before relying on or sharing them.

3. Source and output limitations

Collected information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or subject to usage restrictions. Automated classification and generated reports require human review. The project makes no guarantee that all sources are captured or that its research outputs are exhaustive or error-free.

4. Google and third-party services

Google APIs, GitHub hosting, and any separately configured data or model providers are governed by their own terms. This public website is not a Google sign-in or OAuth credential entry point; authorization occurs through Google's official consent flow.
