1. Scope and operator

Capture (OAuth application name: Intelligence Monitor PROD clasp) is a private, owner-operated research and document automation project. This policy covers the public informational website and the Google OAuth-enabled automation. It is not a general-purpose service for public account registration.

2. Google data accessed and why

• Google account email: identify the authorized operator and bind account-level access.
• Google Sheets: read, create, update, and organize research tables, configuration records, processing status, and results.
• Google Drive: read, create, update, and organize research source materials, supporting files, reports, and evidence archives.
• Script execution and management: operate authorized Apps Script functions, maintenance actions, deployment/version management, and configured triggers.
• Email-sending scope: send notifications using the authorized Google account only if configured by the owner. This scope is not a general-purpose email marketing tool.
• External requests and editor UI: retrieve public source material or call owner-configured services, and display approved interfaces within Google editors.

These are broad Google permissions. They should be granted only to an account operator who trusts and controls this automation. Available permissions do not mean that every operation is executed in each Run.

3. Processing, storage, and sharing

Research records and generated files may be stored in the owner's Google Drive, Sheets, and related Apps Script storage. Credentials used by the associated automation may be stored in access-controlled Google Script Properties and encrypted GitHub Actions Secrets. The public website itself contains no OAuth tokens or private research data.

When the owner enables external source or model providers, selected research queries, public-source content, and processing inputs may be transmitted to those providers to perform the requested research task. Data processing by Google, GitHub, and enabled external providers is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Capture does not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising.

4. Website visitors

This is a static site. It does not intentionally deploy its own analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, or contact forms. Its hosting platform may process ordinary access logs, such as IP address and request metadata, under that platform's policies.

5. Retention and control

Research files and operational records are maintained under the owner's account and applicable service retention settings. The owner may remove files, disable an integration, rotate credentials, or revoke Google access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access through that grant but does not automatically delete files previously created by the owner.

6. Security and updates

Access is intended to be restricted to the authorized operator. Secret values are not designed to be published in this site or the public source repository. This policy may be updated when the actual system's capabilities or data handling change; the date above identifies the current published text.
